I became obsessed with the human body as a young child and have been drawn to helping people by talking about the things that most would view as TMI or even taboo since adolescence.

I received my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University in 2017. During my clinical rotations I realized that one of my strengths is being comfortable in the uncomfortable, and was profoundly moved by the positive impact pelvic health physical therapy had on people’s lives. It clicked for me immediately and has been my passion ever since.

I grew up in central Missouri, but I’ve lived all over the country and have gained valuable experience from each and every place. I’m a mother to two young boys who are joy and chaos and fun. In my free time I enjoy sewing, DIY/home reno projects, and attempting to relax with my family.
